In case, you receive a damaged/ wrong order or parts of your products are missing; you can click its pictures and email us at info@holisticherbsdaiwik.com or call us at our helpline number +91 8865899226 to schedule a reverse pickup. Our representative will reach your doorstep with a new product and will replace your product after a close inspection of the damaged order you received.
Cancellation And Refund
If you are dissatisfied with our services or products or have placed a wrong order, you can request for order cancellation. Besides, you can directly call our customer care officer to place a cancellation request. We will initiate a refund within 7 business days. In case of online payment, the amount will be credited back to the credit/ debit card used during a transaction. For COD orders, we will issue a cheque in favor of the customer.
